Nature of Services
Clients are required to be 18 years of age or older. The information provided by Christine does NOT constitute legal, psychological, medical, business, or financial advice. Each client is responsible for his/her own choices. PLEASE NOTE: All services are provided for entertainment purposes and are not intended to substitute for professional medical advice or mental health care.

Refund Policy

  • Pre-payment in full is requested to secure your appointment time. We'll arrange payment (check or credit/debit card) during scheduling.

  • If you cancel 48 or more hours before your appointment, you'll receive a full refund of your session payment. Alternatively, you may choose to apply your payment to a future appointment.

  • Refunds are unavailable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice.

  • Missed appointments are nonrefundable. 

  • Appointments changed with less than 48 hours notice carry a rebooking fee of 25%.

  • Refunds will be made via the same method of original payment.

Client Responsibility
On rare occasions, a connection doesn’t happen because it's not meant to be. You're responsible for speaking up within the first 10 to 15 minutes to give Christine the opportunity to either redirect the energy flow, or to stop the reading in time to refund you in full. Refunds are unavailable past the first 15 minutes of a session. If you've had several readings with other reputable mediums but found yourself disappointed, it is suggested to get curious about what expectations or preconceived ideas you may be bringing to the experience that may be getting in the way. In service to yourself, be willing to release them so that you may bring an open heart and open mind to the session.

Client Confidentiality
As a client, all information you share about yourself will be kept confidential. Only with your written permission will information be released to anyone, except as required by law.

Credit Card Privacy Policy
Credit card transactions are processed via secure server using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to ensure transaction security. No credit card information is stored.
